Drawing from her tenure as Vice Present of Business Development and Human Resource Strategic Business Partner at Wealth Building CPA, Rose has demonstrated her ability to lead business projects, enhance client relationships, and exceed operational goals. Her in-depth knowledge of mitigating risks and implementing HR solutions to meet workforce challenges has been instrumental in driving success.

Rose’s commitment to community involvement is evident from her role as the HOA Board President for the FFC Homeowners Association in New Carrollton, MD. Rose served as a liaison between the board of directors, the mayor’s office, local government officials, and property managers. She led procedural duties, daily affairs, and managed an annual budget of $3.5 million dollars. Rose oversaw every aspect of the association’s operations, ensuring the best value and quality work for over 100 homeowners.

Throughout her career, Rose has been deeply involved in community service initiatives and advocacy efforts. As Chair of the Project Cradle Care Committee and a Board Member of the Diabetes Center of Maryland, she has demonstrated her dedication to making a positive impact on society. Additionally, her role as Mayoral Campaign Manager and participation in the City Mayor Green Team Committee highlight her proactive approach to effecting change at both local and regional levels.

Rose’s accolades, including the State of Youth Citizenship Award and a PBS Youth of America Segment Feature, underscore her dedication to youth empowerment and community development.
